Dr. Behrouz Minaei Bidgoli is the President of Hikmat and Technology University. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Michigan State University, USA. He earned his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Software) from Iran University of Science and Technology and his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Qom, Iran. His research interests include data mining, text mining, natural language processing, and soft computing.
