Dr. Mehrdad Ashtiani received their B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2009, 2011, and 2014, respectively.
They are currently an assistant professor in the Software Group.
Their Ph.D. research focused on Computational Trust Modeling, which remains one of their primary research interests.
Other research areas include cloud computing scheduling and orchestration, socio-computational systems, context-aware computing, and automatic refactoring.
